Saint Peter's Church of England Primary School

Edgmond is fortunate in having a busy and successful Primary School located in the middle of the village on Stackyard Lane.

The original village school was on School Road adjacent to St Peter's Church. When the number of children attending the school outgrew this building, a second site was established where the current school now stands, and for some years the two separate sites operated. The old school was finally closed down in the late 1990's and since then all year groups have been on the same site.
